This is an all vector work made from an original photograph founded in [link]
(En una galeria perteneciente a la pagina de un impecable fotografo español: Mauro Fuentes)
I tryed to make an hyper-realistic image with Adobe illustrator CS2.
By the employ of the apropiate techniques and tools, this program allows soft blend colours, transparencies, natural gradients, shadows, etc, as well as in Photoshop. But with the important differences, such as, full editing capacity and tracing of accurate lines and shapes with great control.
I hope you like this kind of images. The goal here is the representation most near of reality as possible.

Now i want to create a portrait of a woman face with this technique.

Daily DeviationVectorial watch by ~Tripio is an amazing vector achievement. It is astounding what you can do with a simple object like a watch and it's reflection. (Featured by ^Ikue)

Thanks a lot!
And you writte very good in spanish, dont worry.

I could post tutorials to my deviant. Its a matter of time. I learn many at the internet tutorials at many places, official help pages and "independent people" who made their own tutorials. I like your idea.

Thanks very much, young girl! I posted an image of the vectorial construction of this watch. See that the level of detail is not more difficult. Its MORE time of work and the same techniques which you knows.

greetings :)

This is absolutely stunning! I really like Illustrator, but I'm so impatient! I don't work in details too much but now, I can see that being patient and learning every little details of one program can pay off! Seriously breath takeing quality here!
Good job!

Well, if your goal is realism, I don't think you could do any better. In the thumbnail view, I couldn't tell it was a vector. I recently started getting into vector art a little more, but I don't have Illustrator. I'll have to check it out. Keep up the great work!

Experience. It's the only thing that separates us from the animals. Well, that and product placement.
